Festivals can be some of the best experiences in a person’s life. If you want to make it memorable too, you want to be prepared with items that most people don’t think about. The Festival Checklist was created with that goal in mind. Most people don’t consider the struggle of cutting meat with only a Spork or that plastic water bottles aren’t as durable as you might think. This free template gives you a way to plan ahead for these unfortunate events and even gives you great ideas for items to bring. Follow the steps below to start mastering the Festival Checklist.
Festival Checklist Guide
The perfect festival begins and ends with the perfect equipment to bring with you. The first column of this Festival Checklist gives you a list of handheld items that are great for any occasion. Among this great list are items like your phone, cash, music playing devices for downtime, and much more.
Ideally, you’ll need to consider where your festival is taking place to better plan out the items you’ll need. For example, if you’re going to a concert in the woods, sunblock might not be an issue but you’ll need it for a concert in the desert. Make sure to consider the area first and foremost.
The next column allows you to enter food items for your travels. We highly recommend bringing healthy foods that will give you natural energy and plenty of water.
You’ll need some gear to plan for multiple days of festivals that have camping associated with them. Again change these to area and situational specific items. For example, if you’re going to a rainy area, the poncho is a must.
If you want to leave yourself important notes like bringing certain medications, scheduling someone to look after your pets, or anything else, leave those in the “Notes” column of the document.
When you pack your items the day before your trip, you’ll have peace of mind knowing everything already is planned out.
